Assistance with coordination
We support coordinators and their partners in project management
Having trained a number of European project managers and helped set up external funding departments, SCINNOV has joined forces with EURALIA to offer a complete range of project management assistance.
This assistance can take the form of participation as a partner in certain projects, the provision of one-off services or the training of project teams within the structure coordinating the project (knowledge transfer).
As a partner to scientific and technological managers, SCINNOV never assumes the role of project coordinator.

FAQ
The grant agreement stipulates that coordination cannot be subcontracted, so how can you support consortia?
In accordance with Article 7 of the Annotated Model Grant Agreement, the role of coordinator may not be delegated or subcontracted. The coordinator retains full responsibility for key tasks such as official communication with the European Commission, management of payments, supervision of project implementation and validation of deliverables and reports.
However, in the interests of operational efficiency and in line with recognised practice in many Horizon Europe projects, Scinnov acts as a service provider to provide administrative and operational support to the coordinator. This assistance includes setting up and managing steering tools, organising and monitoring meetings, helping to draft and structure reports, and supporting the smooth running of the project.
In this way, Scinnov enables the coordinator to concentrate fully on his strategic responsibilities while benefiting from expert operational support, guaranteeing smooth and rigorous project management.
What type of projects and consortia do you support?
We support a wide range of European projects, covering phases from fundamental research to innovation and demonstration. We work on projects of all sizes, from small consortia of a few partners to large international partnerships involving more than twenty players.
Our customers come from a wide range of sectors, including research establishments, innovative SMEs, large companies, local authorities and clusters. We also work with multi-disciplinary and multi-sector consortia, made up of public and private bodies, who collaborate to tackle scientific, technological or societal challenges.
This diversity enables us to tailor our support to the specific needs of each project, depending on its objectives, structure and financial framework.
What expertise can you call on to support project management?
We mobilise a multidisciplinary team with recognised expertise in :
- Administrative and financial management of European projects,
- Managing deliverables, milestones and deadlines,
- Preparing technical and financial reports,
- Communication, dissemination and exploitation of results,
- Legal follow-up, particularly on aspects of intellectual property, governance and exploitation.
Our added value: combining operational rigour, a good grasp of the expectations of funders and a collaborative approach that facilitates consortium working.
