These obligations aim to maximise the impact of funded projects, ensure the visibility of the work carried out and encourage the re-use of the knowledge produced, whether for scientific, societal or commercial purposes.

What obligations do I have to communicate the results of my projects? Projects funded by the European Commission must comply with strict obligations in terms of communication, dissemination and exploitation of results. This includes :
  • Visibility of European funding (logos, compulsory information),
  • Communication with the general public,
  • Dissemination of results to the relevant stakeholders (scientific communities, industry, decision-makers, etc.),
  • Drawing up a Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (D&E Plan) at the start of the project.
