Financing strategy
We can help you define and implement a financing strategy for your priority projects.
Based on an initial diagnosis of your organisation, we develop a strategy tailored to your needs, objectives and capabilities.
Financing your projects may involve identifying sources of funding, setting up lobbying campaigns, making contact with funders or key players, organising events or drafting strategic documents.
Together we define the most appropriate actions to increase your access to finance and optimise your chances of success.
Our method of working
Stage 1
Introducing your organisation
Result: analysis of needs, resources, priority R&I projects, experience and expected objectives.
Stage 2
Analysis of opportunities
Result: a document summarising the European context (regulatory framework, financial framework, support for the sector) and the most relevant funding opportunities (applicable programmes and measures).
Stage 3
Setting priorities for action
Result: selection of the most relevant and important opportunities for the organisation, drafting of a detailed action plan accompanied by an implementation schedule.
Stage 4
Implementation of the action plan
Results: increase the public funding mobilised by the company
- Representing interests and promoting research topics or proposing changes to the regulatory framework.
- Setting up European groupings or associations.
- Integration into a consortium in progress
- Submitting an application for funding in a European call for proposals.
