Financing strategy

We can help you define and implement a financing strategy for your priority projects.

Based on an initial diagnosis of your organisation, we develop a strategy tailored to your needs, objectives and capabilities.

Financing your projects may involve identifying sources of funding, setting up lobbying campaigns, making contact with funders or key players, organising events or drafting strategic documents.

Together we define the most appropriate actions to increase your access to finance and optimise your chances of success.

FAQ

A lot of information is already available online, so what is the added value of using your services to identify sources of finance?
It's true that many resources exist, but they are often scattered and complex to interpret. Of course, you can start by using the Funding and Tender Portal to find out about a funding programme and its participation rules.
Our added value lies in our ability to translate your needs into concrete, targeted opportunities, and to guide you towards realistic funding tailored to your organisation's level of maturity and your experience. We then support you at every stage of the funding application, from analysing eligibility to defining a positioning strategy,
structuring the consortium, supporting the drafting of the proposal (thanks to the thematic expertise of our consultants) and managing the submission of the funding application.

What type of organisation are you helping to define a financing strategy?
We work with start-ups, SMEs, research laboratories, SMEs and large companies. The key is to have a clear innovation project and the will to structure it so that it can access competitive funding.

How long does it take to put in place a European financing strategy?
This depends on your maturity, the complexity of your project and your internal resources. On average, it takes between 2 and 6 months to build a robust strategy, identify the right calls and position yourself effectively.
