- Support for the preparation of collaborative research and development projects: definition of research topics, drafting of funding applications, negotiation of agreements with partners, drafting of agreements.
- Project management support: monitoring project progress, setting up management tools (timesheets, reporting systems, archiving systems, decision-making procedures).
- Training internal teams.
Interface with the company's various departments (R&D, legal, finance, business development). - Monitoring external collaborations with key partners.
The results
- A growing team (5 people dedicated to external financing).
- Support functions trained and made aware of the specific aspects of European funding.
