Communication and dissemination

As part of European projects, the European Commission requires beneficiaries to put in place measures to communicate the project and disseminate the results.

These obligations aim to maximise the impact of funded projects, ensure the visibility of the work carried out and encourage the re-use of the knowledge produced, whether for scientific, societal or commercial purposes.

These approaches require specific expertise, strategic planning and a detailed knowledge of European requirements and best practice.

Scinnov offers targeted support. We help the project consortium design and implement effective actions that meet the Commission's expectations and deliver real value for the partners.

FAQ

What obligations do I have to communicate the results of my projects?
Projects funded by the European Commission must comply with strict obligations in terms of communication, dissemination and exploitation of results. This includes :

  • Visibility of European funding (logos, compulsory information),
  • Communication with the general public,
  • Dissemination of results to the relevant stakeholders (scientific communities, industry, decision-makers, etc.),
  • Drawing up a Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (D&E Plan) at the start of the project.

These actions are not only compulsory, but also strategic to reinforce the impact of the project.

How can you help us increase the visibility of the results of our project?
We can help you design and implement tailor-made communication and dissemination strategies, in line with the requirements of the programme and the objectives of the consortium.
Our support includes:

  • Drawing up communication and dissemination plans,
  • Identifying relevant targets (scientific, industrial, institutional),
  • Organising events (workshops, webinars, conferences),
  • Monitoring visibility indicators (engagement, circulation, citations, etc.).

What communication and dissemination tools do you use?
We rely on communication specialists to develop tools that meet today's standards: creation of accounts and presence on relevant social networks depending on the field and target audiences, development of simple and ergonomic websites, preparation of newsletters for projects, implementation of internal communication tools for the consortium (collaborative spaces Teams and SharePoint)... .
