Setting up a project
Apply for funding for your research or innovation project.
We support project leaders in positioning their project in response to a European call for proposals, in structuring the project and the consortium, and in drafting and submitting the funding application.
Given the low success rates of European projects, we propose a step-by-step approach to reduce the risk of failure. We carry out an analysis marked by a milestone before launching a complete drafting of the dossiers.
We work with coordinators and partners to promote the excellence of the teams and the innovative nature of the projects, and to highlight the impact of the research or innovation. We can also become partners in your projects to support the management and exploitation of results.
Our method of working
Analyse your project's chances of success
Result: the analysis of the scope of the call for proposal, its impact and the legislative barriers and responses provided by your project.
Positioning the project and facilitating the development of the consortium
Result: the Concept Note for the project, its positioning in line with the call, and the identification of its strengths and weaknesses
Search for complementary partners
Result: the identification and invitation of the most suitable European teams by expertise for the consortium.
Drafting the proposal
Result: submission of a complete proposal to the funder.
We can contribute to the drafting and submission of the proposal. We can help with project management (calendar, logistics, meetings), and with completing the proposal for the administrative (Part A) and technical (Part B) parts, including financial guidance on completing the budget.

FAQ
What are the key success factors for obtaining European funding?
Key factors include :
- Whether the project is in line with the priorities of the call for proposals,
- The quality of the consortium and the complementary nature of the partners,
- A clear, structured and impact-oriented proposal,
- A good understanding of the assessors' expectations,
- Anticipating and planning the key stages of the set-up.
Thanks to our experience, we can help you secure each of these elements.
How much time should we allow to prepare a financing application?
It is advisable to allow between 2 and 5 months, depending on the complexity of the call, the degree of maturity of the project and the composition of the consortium. This period allows you to build a solid partnership, structure your objectives and draft a high-quality proposal. The further ahead you are, the greater your chances of success.
